Meet Andy
I’ve loved music for as long as I can remember. My all-time favorite artist? Weird Al Yankovic. That probably tells you everything you need to know.
I spent seven years growing Get It On Vinyl as a promoter, distributor, and label for independent artists. I traveled the country promoting independent record stores, meeting shop owners, working with independent artists, and learning the culture. I saw firsthand how important record stores are to their communities.
I opened my first record store, Cameron Records, in Billings, Montana (which is still open today!). When I later moved to Oregon, my passion for music followed me. Frankie’s Records is a reflection of everything I love about music: variety, discovery, and connection.
Frankie’s Records is for people who don’t believe in guilty pleasures, who love flipping through genres, and who know that the best record might be one you didn’t know you were looking for.Meet Kerrie
I'm just a regular audiophile who fell in love with a man who is a super-nerd about vinyl, and convinced him to open a record store named after my dog.
While Andy has done this before, this is an all new adventure for me. You may find me in the shop listening to Nine Inch Nails, Phoenix, Chromeo, Taking Back Sunday, or Talking Heads. I grew up on 80's New Wave and that set the course for me to love just about anything.
I spend a lot of my time behind the scenes, but if you see me (or Frankie) around, come say hey!
