1. Our "Collector-First" Packaging
- Seam Split Prevention: For all unsealed or used records, we ship the vinyl disc in its inner sleeve outside of the main album jacket. This prevents the record's edge from cutting through the cover seams during transit.
- Professional Mailers: We only use heavy-duty, corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for LPs. We do not use pizza boxes or standard padded envelopes.
- Reinforcement: Every shipment is sandwiched between two rigid cardboard stiffeners to prevent bending or warping.
2. Domestic Shipping Options (US)
- USPS Media Mail: Our most cost-effective option for music media. Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail: Recommended for high-value items. Includes up to $100 in insurance and typically arrives in 1–3 business days.
- Handling Time: We process and drop off orders within [e.g., 1–3] business days.
3. High-Value & Rare Pressings

4. Damaged or Lost Items
- If your record arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the record immediately and contact us at [Email].
- We are not responsible for minor cosmetic wear on outer shrink-wrap or small corner dings that do not affect playback, though our packaging is designed to minimize these.
